Maylands Group was established in 2002 by Carmine Soriano and Jerry D'Antiochia.  Carmine a cabinetmaker by trade has run his own businesses since 1988 while Jerry a carpenter has also run successful businesses prior to establishing Maylands Group.  Both are married with their partners also working in the company.

Maylands Group started as a speculative developer.  Beautiful reproduction villas in Adelaide's Eastern Suburbs helped establish Maylands Group's reputation as a builder of integrity.  Since then our portfolio has included homes in the south east, developments by the sea, as well as architecturally designed homes in the wonderful foothills of Adelaide.
